What To Expect

Intending to migrate to Australia?

When you first contact MCI Lawyers & Consultants, our Principal Lawyer will look through the facts of your case and understand your unique requirements. As each client is different, we do not believe in using canned forms or automated surveys to help you “predict” the outcome of your application.

Instead, our Principal Lawyer Karen Wong will work with you personally to present the various options available and suggest the most effective route based on her years of experience. She will also handle each stage of your application, including raising any appeals with the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Migration Review Tribunal, Administrative Appeals Tribunal or the Federal Court of Australia.

Since you will be working only with our Principal Lawyer from the start to end for immigration cases, you can be rest assured that we only suggest the most economical and direct option for you.

In the rare event that your case is unlikely to be successful, you will be duly informed so that no unnecessary time, effort or money is wasted on your part.
